Tampa Bay Rays

Bruce and Evan went to the Rays vs. the Detroit Tigers game last night at Tropicana field....guess who won?? They really had a great time together and Bruce said watching a baseball game in a climate controlled stadium is the only way to go! Evan feasted on pizza and cotton candy and took all the pics below! You can barely see where his stitches were!

When Evan Longoria hit a homerun, the lights on the orange and the straw lit up!
The enclosed ceiling at Tropicana Field

Tropicana Field has a Touch Tank with 20 cownose rays that fans can touch and feed throughout the game. The 10,000-gallon tank is sponsored by the Pinellas County Visitors Bureau and FloridaBeaches.com and is one of the ten-largest in the United States. If a Rays player hits a home run into the tank, then the organization will donate $5,000 to charity - $2,500 to the Florida Aquarium and $2,500 to the player's charity of choice. How cool is that?

a climate-controlled stadium??? My goodness--you guys are spoiled already! Or maybe you're just weather wimps! LOL!!! Looks like they had a great time but Camden Yards has to be the best!

I agree jen, I HEART Camden Yards and always will! Tropicana Field is also smaller than Camden Yards but they have been selling out lately!
